KeSEMaT Had Conducted Mangrove Project in Central Java - Banten

Semarang, Central Java. Two KeSEMaTERS i.e. Isna Bahtiar (DP) and Agus Susanto (Alumnus) had conducted mangrove project in Central Java - Banten in June until August 2008. They was surveying vegetation, distribution and composition of mangrove in its areas. It was KeSEMaT and Department of Marine and Fisheries projects.

There were four provinces around north sea was surveyed such as (1) Central Java: Kaliuntu Village in Rembang District, Surodadi Village in Demak District, and Pesantren Village in Pemalang District; (2) West Java: Cangkringan Village in Indramayu District, Legon Lele Village in Indramayu District and Pantai Mekar Village in Bekasi District; (3) DKI Jakarta: Kamal Muara and Muara Angke; (4) Banten: Banten Village and Sawah Luhur Village in Serang District.
