Seeds Distribution of MANGCON 2008

Semarang, Central Java. On Augustus, 6 2008, KeSEMaT was held seeds distribution in High School of Sultan Agung Semarang. It was the preparation for mangrove re-plantation which would be conducted on Augustus, 9 2008.

It was the program of Mangrove Conservation (MANGCON) 2008: Coastal Clean Up organized by KeSEMaT, Marine and Fisheries of Semarang and NGO BINTARI.

There were two seeds of mangrove such Rhizophora apiculata (RA) and Avicennia marina (AM) which distributed. 2000 RA was gathered from Surodadi Demak and 1000 AM from Tugu Semarang. This activity was involved 20 KeSEMaTERS and KeMANGTEERs. It started from 7 AM until 2 PM. [<]
